College of Domestic Arts
The College of Domestic Arts covers those subjects associated with animals, agriculture, herbs and cooking. The College is divided into three departments.
Department of Domestic Arts
This department covers a wide area having to do with animals and agriculture. Courses of study can cover anything from coursing greyhounds, to falconry or hawking, to medieval knot gardens.
Department of Culinary Arts
This department covers all areas of cooking, with the addition of brewing, vintning and cordials. All culinary uses of herbs would also fall within this department.
Department of Herbal Arts
This department covers anything having to do with the cultivation and non-culinary use of herbs (i.e. medicinal and cosmetic herbs). Also included in this department are such things as making candles, soaps, and infused vinegar/oils.
