Chancellor
The Chancellor is a deputy of the Kingdom Minister of Arts and Sciences, being accountable to that office and reporting regularly on the status of RUGA. The Chancellor appoints and oversees the RUGA Administration. The Chancellor is also responsible for overseeing the RUGA program and for the creation of and policies that insure the growth and success of RUGA. Current Chancellor - THL Gwyneth Carr
Deputy Chancellors
Deputy Chancellors are appointed by the RUGA Chancellor. There are currently two Deputy Chancellors, one for the Northern part of the Kingdom and one for the Southern part. A successor deputy will also be named within the first year of the Chancellor’s term of office. Deputy Chancellors help the Chancellor with accrediting classes, help students seeking degrees, and help instructors seeking honorary titles. Questions posed by students and instructors regarding College requirements, class substitutions, documentation of classes, and review preparation may be fielded by the deputy Chancellors. The Deputy Chancellors may also be responsible for specific projects, as assigned by the Chancellor. Current Deputy Chancellors:

Provosts
Provosts are representatives of the Chancellor of the Royal University of Gleann Abhann. As such, they are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity and courtesy. Within each local group, the Provost is also a special deputy to the Local Minister of A&S. There are no quarterly or annual reports required of the Provost. Provosts assist new Students in achieving the Auditor's Degree. Duties of the Provost include, but are not limited to: recruiting RUGA members, assisting with the accreditation of RUGA classes, and responsibilities involved in the collection, recording and reporting of evaluations. Provosts may also find themselves assisting the Local A&S Officer with the coordination of classes.
